Really good food very busy during weekend nights

Drive thru is the worse. I literally ordered 15 minutes ago and I'm still 3 cars from the window. Why does this place take so long to put slob on a taco shell? This Griffith location has to be the worse in NW Indiana!!!

They were understaffed and it took a long time for my order, but the customer service was fantastic. I dont even care about the wait, the employees did a fantastic job at maintaining composure and not taking it out on the customers. Working in the food industry myself I know how hard it is to maintain a good attitude during times like that.

Tacos are always too wet. Like they don't dry off the lettuce. Taco bell is going downhill

They take extremely long, hey left out both of our boxes which totaled $10 and gave us 1 item. We are here now to try to get it and the line is completely through the parking lot...

Ridiculous went there tonight made online order and my 5 layer burrito only had sour cream , beef and cheddar are you kidding me !i waited 20 mins in the line and I have pictures of my terrible burrito. I come here all the time and you always mess up something I’m tired of it

The sign outside is incorrect about closing time, but aside from that the young lady in the drive thru was very polite and professional. I didn't get her name but she was wonderful.

Everything was horribly wrapped and cold! They gave me the entire wrong order as well. In addition there was more food all over the bottom of the bag than there was in the actual taco. The wrapping that the food came in was torn up and soggy. The staff are very careless often times you'll find the wrong ingredients in your food. Save a trip and don't eat at this one !!!

Great food..

More times than not, this location is backed up in the drive thru. Unfortunately it's the only conveniently located one near me. They need to do something about getting more efficient. I'm currently stuck in line. I can't even back out and I've been here 15 minutes with five more cars ahead of me at a stand still.
