Taco Bell

Fast ok food and service.

This is actually a combo taco Bell/long John silvers. And I went with LJS. It was almost 9 pm. Maybe that explains why the food didn't seem fresh. Service was ok.

Customer service not too good at all anymore, no kindness or smiling, no common courtesy to the customer at all!

Long John Silvers' is here too. They have happy hour (N/A , of course)

We asked for taco sauces and got vinegar and tartar sauce from the LJS from which we didn’t order anything. Beans tasted old and weird. Everything was made sloppy, Mexican pizza wasn’t cut. Put extra of things we asked for without. All in all kind of ruined our night. Guy on drive through seemed pretty good but whoever was preparing food ruined it all. This store has never been the best Taco Bell we’ve had but after tonight we’ll never chance it again. Worth driving 10-15 more miles for a different Taco Bell.

Tasted funny. I took a bite of the burrito once I returned home which was like 60 miles from the Taco Bell restaurant. .took another bite and yuck,so I cut into the burrito and threw away the end piece, still taste funny, so I threw it away along with the taco because it was a combo meal. Sweet tea was okay but the lid that fit the cup leaked and it went all over my shirt. Needless to say. ..it was a bad experience all the way around. I called the next day telling the manager my complaint and he was so mean and rude that I hung up on him, again a bad experience. Giving this Taco tell a double F.

I like this place because my wife likes taco bell and I like long John silvers. Both in one place.

Always a five! Good employees and pleasant and always accurate with orders. Friendly service most of the time.

First, i like Taco Bell... And my review is less related to the food, or even the management of this particular location BUT it is geared towards the company for a poor attempt to speed up service (maybe), save money, and reduce staff. Used the self-serve screen interface to place an order in the restaurant (no human beings were at the front counter at the time). Paid by credit card and needed a receipt but only had 3 options: receive a text receipt (not giving you my phone number for spam), receive an email (not giving you my email for spam), or no receipt. Even manager couldn't get me a printed receipt although my order was obviously in their system to fill. Will walk out in the future rather than waste my time with a touch screen and no physical receipt. Bad move Taco Bell... Bad move.

Many of the servers are confused taking orders and filling them. Blame it on the lack of proper training or simply a just don't care attitude.

Katie that works there is absolutely amazing!!! I mainly go now because of her great service and smile!!!

Service was so slow it took nearly 15 minutes to move two cars. I ended up driving off.

Grat food

One star for moldy food and slippery dangerous floor! I got a chalupa and it was moldy, that should never happen ever! I dont understand why when a restaurant gets fresh food delivered they use the worst of what they have. No customer should ever be given old food. I would always give my customers freash food. Now you lost 2 customers. Another thing the floor is an accident waiting to happen. Just waiting there in line my feet were sliding and the floors were dry. I dont know if its oily or the cleaner that is used. Someone may get seriously injured. That need addressed its been that way for a long time. My friend had work boots on made for oily resistant floors and was slipping.
