Taco Bell

Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food and late night places, however here in Jacksonville, FL it’s terrible, long wait times, they are understaffed, they always get my order wrong, bad customer service, one time it was like 9pm and they said they had to close cause they were out of stuff. I don’t know why they invested in the esthetics, pay your employees better so they can create a better experience for your customers please!!!

Definitely much smaller portions in this tacobell than the other ones ((I see that's been pointed out though)). Another thing is the workers are very rude. When I ordered, the woman on the drive thru thought the intercom was off and started bad mouthing me the second after I finished ordering. I felt super humilated. I was more upset with the rude worker than the small portion size. I would not recommend going here and implore you to check out the tacobell at atlantic blvd instead! Underrated, and the workers are very professional.

Our Merrill location got a face lift and it looks and feels great. I love the fact you can see the people cooking ang preparing the meal. A+ Taco Bell

Utterly disgusting to discover rouches in my taco, the audacity and unprofessionalism is unreal for it to go unnoticed before handed out. Im appaled! Be careful people.

Great experience at this taco Bell! The staff was one of the most friendly i have ever experienced at a taco bell. Very nice atmosphere. Food was good as well as the service.

They have come a long way , remodels look great , staff is friendly and food is good , lots of healthy choices !

Great customer service!

The people there don’t know self control. I watched them repeatedly hit the person that was in line infront of me. Couldn’t believe it and when they saw I was recording they attacked my car.

Good food, friendly staff, did not get order right, once they fixed it was good. Ended up eating 2 items with beef any way after giving up. Ordered 2 2 chalupa meals with chicken and a 5 for 5 with chicken and an extra med drink cup. She didn't hear it. Has to fix the order twice. Ordered chicken and received beef anyway. 3rd time went up and asked where my med drink cup was she said I would have to order it. I said we did order it. We ordered 2 meals there should be 2 cups? She insisted I pay and when I pointed on the receipt, she said I still needed to pay for the cup, I just threw up my hand took the water cup. After 30 minutes, we gave up and just ate our incorrect food. Usually do not have this many issues with this one.

On my way home from church I thought about what happened wanted for lunch, and I thought Taco Bell! I saw on their commercial that they had like a sampler box with a chalupa, and a taco and a burrito and cinnamon churros with a drink for 5.00 and I got that and it was so good and I enjoyed it very much and it was so filling. I will order this again in the future. I have had their taco salads before and they are so good.I got a watermelon slush today and it was what I needed on a hot day like today!
