Taco Bell

Not only have I waited for my food for an hour when I'm eating inside I had received a cold as ice taco. You can't call the district manager because THEY REMOVED THE NUMBER FROM THE DOOR. Last week there had been 16 people working here, today a whopping 3 people worked at this location. My order was a lil bit of some of my food and OTHER PEOPLES ORDERS ALL MIXED TOGETHER. Taco bell needs to fix their management at this location or I'll just spend an extra few dollars to buy food from THE NEARBY WENDY'S. atleast then I don't have to return 3 times and then FINALLY GET SOMETHING CLOSE TO MY ORDER!

Vegetarian 7 layer barrito was awesome.

We watched the kid place the bag of trash outside. then he tried to take our order without washing his hands. We asked him to wash them b4 he touched our food his response was "I wouldnt be touching your food." A very friendly manager was sitting at a table when he got up we told him what had happened. He apologized, spoke with his employee, & replaced our cups with clean ones. Along with the customers who ordered after us.

When I'm wanting some Taco Bell I usually go to the one on Hillard Rome rd by Panda Express. They are remodeling so I have to go to this since it's the closest one. The few times I have stopped here, the wait is eternal in the drive thru. I don't know if they are short staffed,people ordering crazy orders, or staff is just slow. If you want Taco Bell from this place, then give yourself some time to wait in line. Other than that, orders are on point.

Nice staff and fast.

They taste so good any time of the day and Johnathan loves there food he could eat there every day.😋

If you order the party pack be prepared to wait a while and while you're waiting you get subpar customer service.

I rarely eat Toco Bell. But my daughter asks me to get her Taco Bell sometimes on Friday when I pick her up. It was late Friday a week ago when we stopped so I thought while picking her up some cheesy gordita crunches I would grab something as a snack to hold me until we got to my place. I enjoy a good chicken quesadilla, so I ordered one (I expected a Taco Bell product not a 5 Star restaurant quesadilla...) But what I got was a tortilla with some sprinkles of cheese and a random piece of chicken. Don't know if this is a standard Taco Bell product production policy, this locations regular quality or just the crew working that evening???

The tacos where dry and nasty the meat tasted old would not recommend this place

This time it was perfect. The loaded fries are amazing when they get it right. The $5 boxes are a good deal. The only issue I have is that I ordered meximelts, which they don't make anymore but they will give you cheese roll ups with beef and pico, the problem is, it always sticks to the paper it's wrapped in and you can't eat it. Other than that it's a good place to go.

On December 29 around 9:30pm I went through the drive through and ordered 10 items. While ordering I didnt know the name of the fiesta potatoes, so I asked for the potatoes with cheese and sour cream, the lady working the drive through said "we dont have those anymore". My wife said it's still on your menu the woman said "oh we do have those". Long story short we ordered 10 items and only received 9, and of the 9 items we received only 2 were correct. That's sad only 22% of our order correct. What pathetic service. I can understand looking over an item or maybe making one wrong, but 7 items just flat out wrong and missing an item. I dont think I'll be returning.

Ordered nachos and cheese with extra sides of guacamole and salsa. Did not get the guacamole, I didn't get large pieces of nachos, in fact, I believe they gave me the crumbs from the bag, the salsa lid was not attached to the little container so there was salsa ALL OVER the packaging of our tacos and mild&fire sauce packets. I did not check our contents before I left the drive thru (my fault). My advice.... CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU.

Everytime I go here there is an issue either with my order or somebody not trying to give me my correct change.

Enjoyed the visit. Line went fast, food was fast, and the tables were cleaned to have a decent place to sit. Only thing that could have been better was the burrito I got seemed limp... could have been filled more like in they have in the combo pic.

Why ask a customer to "pull up" through the Drive Thru when there are no vehicles behind you? Is that company policy? I mention that there are no cars behind me, but was told I still had to move. It's bad etiquette. They're after "better numbers", so that corporate doesn't reprimand. And they got our order wrong.
