I've lived in this area for 7 plus years. Taco bell has come along way. The restaurant is so clean, the open space was much needed. The area to order ahead and the taco bell app is great. Nate in the drive thru is super cheerful. And the short manager not sure of her name. She too was friendly and very cheerful. Bravo Taco bell keep up the great job. Thank you.

Presentation and cleanliness is everything. Worst Taco Bell EVER. I usually go through the drive thru. Today I went in. The floor was extremely sticky like it hadn’t been mopped all day. There were no small/medium lids. They didn’t have any drink carriers. The cooking area had food all on the floor. The wait was 20 minutes exactly. My visit was on 23 January 2020 5:57pm

When they have everything they're supposed to the food is good. Too many times they are out of products, the staff has horrible attitude and management sucks to correct the problem. This place has been going this way the almost 2 years we've been here. My family will only go here every blue moon but we'd rather go to other locations when we leave the area.

Only giving a 3 because of the food, if I was going off customer service it would be a 0. First was handed Atleast 30 sauce packets for an order of 2 which the other half I couldn’t hold fell on the ground. People at the second window don’t even acknowledge you and expect you to know when to drive off and know that you have received anything. Sadly I go here once a week and the workers at the second window have became more and more rude.

With the current situation in place, I can’t read minds to know that you only let 5 people in the building at a time. I was outraged to be yelled at like a child when I’m coming to your establishment to spend my money.

They need to work on their customer service and being friendly. Don't act like you hate your job. You have a job! Might not be the job you would like, but at like you like it. Or at least have people skills and not have an attitude!

All 6 of my crunchy tacos were shattered into about 6 pieces each. My nachos --- missing the chips!!???I would have swapped them out for a redo but after 30 min wait... I would have got a refund and left but I threw my receipt away (taco bell is typically very consistent).Clean restaurant, well lit, it was very busy so I knew it would be a wait - I was okay with that. 30 minutes - they seem understaffed, only 1 register with 25 people in the lobby mostly waiting and about 10 cars in the drive through. with how busy they are the owner should up pay and get more skilled workers. Being by a military base they have unlimited demand and that probably wont happen.Have to give 1 star. 6 broken tacos, they chic who was making them gad to know!!!??

Food was hot and service was ok. I placed an online order and they constantly pronounced my name incorrectly after I stated several times what my actual name was. I don't eat taco bell much and I doubt I'll visit this one ever again. I honestly only went to set how the free taco with t mobile Tuesdays works because I thought there was a catch to it.

This is my new favorite place!! When we went, we had the best time with the staff. The manager on duty was above and beyond helpful, and friendly. It was not a fake friendly either. She was just amazing. She went that extra mile and did some things for us that we did not even ask for, but certainly appreciated. The atmosphere in there is friendly. And that new nacho bowl was delicious!! I will certainly make more runs for that border!!

I have gone visited this location at many times at various times of the day and the service is always slow, horrible, or my order isn't correct. This store is run by a bunch of young people that could easily be high school age. Most times they are more worried about socializing with each other rather than actually doing their jobs. The service going through the drive thru isn't any better. Ordering at the drive thru often takes even takes longer with wait times of at least 30 minutes or longer. Choosing to order ahead through the app may be a better option to cut down on wait times.

Food was good, my only gripe is that they give you the straws, napkins and hot sauces at the first window and just put it all in your HANDS. No bag and you get your food at the 2nd window all while driving with this stuff in your hands from window to window.

They just throw everything together and there was nobody in there. And at that I got like two pieces of steak in my burrito. So so sad.

I don't know I don't eat them

This is normal. This location is horrible. Employees have bad attitudes, they're always slow.

My suggestion is that either they were that busy to answer the phone let alone a question pertaining to the service. Secondly I cant discuss about the food because of everywhere I go somethings isnt right not all the time but most. In the business aspect of this is they probably was trying to get the production up and out and sometimes people mess thing up, its understandable and happens were humans we as people just have to work threw the situation together constructive criticism in moderation helps. Ok time to get off my soap box. Sorry it happened, and Thank You for sharing I really hope your day is going well Today.

Go back to manager and explain to him/her you do not have w2 form to fill out. He/She will gladly provide one for you.

Complain to corporate manager,take and send photos. They usually send in plain clothes managers and start fireing people. If the dining room was like that,can you imagine the food prep area?????Yuck!!!
