My friends & I loved Jackie at the drive thru!!!! She was so nice while we were waiting for our food. Shout out Jackie!!!!

Great Tor late night snack even if you're not the biggest fan of maxican food

It was ok the service was pretty slow and the food was cold but other than that I think it was really good

So I was going to give this place a 1 star but the manager was nice. The old lady that takes orders isn't the nicest or maybe I'm just not use to how people talk to each other here in new York. Costomer service seems to not be anywhere in new York.

Out of this n that but also Ran out of crunch taco 🌮? Better close the store for good... BAD BUSINESS...

What can I say.... Guilty pleasure..... Did take FOREVER for a fast food joint to make some tacos though...

Love this place

Service was pretty fast and friendly. Food was great. Taco bell is pretty consistent with their food throughout all their restaurants. This one i liked as it seems to have been renovated not too long ago.

Every time I come to this place, about 70% of the time something is wrong with the order. Drive thru service after the lobby closes is generally packed or takes quite a while. If you order via mobile, do not order dine in past 9pm as the lobby is closed and you will have to drive around anyway (app will allow you to select dine in pick up after lobby is closed). I recommend verifying your order when you receive it everytime at this place.

I am livid... I go to this TB often and tonight I ordered nachos and a pepsi. Not once did the girl say the ice machine was broke. Fine I have no issue drinking the soda without ice but it was warm like who does that.
