Love all taco bells on spokane. Customer service is amazing and the food is very affordable..

This place is Taco Bell, nobody expects it to be like De Leon. That said, this Taco Bell hasn't disappointed me yet, like others have. These guys run a great shop IMO, always a pleasure to order here.

The food is fine most of the time but I’ve never had a place SO consistently MESS UP my order. 4 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there, I’m either missing something or there’s meat on a burrito that’s supposed to be vegetarian.

Has new kiosk for ordering but still have to watch that when you say no dressing or sour cream , about 50% accurate.

This taco bell is one of the only taco bells that actually time to make the food look good.

I would have given zero stars but it won't let me , these people ALWAYS mess up my order , they never give me sauce when I ask them twice and even remind them at my window. Customer service sucks.

Great customer service! I was greeted immidistely after I entered the building, and they had my order ready for pickup within 5 minutes. Great staff.

Literally love the southern woman who works here (so sorry I don't know your name :( ) she's such a sweetheart and has been beyond helpful and accurate every time we've been there, thank you lady for being great!

This location is always so polite. Very pleased with them. I even suspect I may have made an error and they fixed it without question. What great service!

Well how do I put this? The manager Hannah was wonderful the food however what's cold and very skimpy had to go back to get a burrito that was actually cooked and then it wasn't the same type of burrito didn't have any of the condiments that I should have had so basically I paid for a burrito chicken burrito supreme and ended up getting chicken burrito with barbecue sauce or something and that was it so I decided not to go back to didn't want to complain again but would like to say that Hannah was very nice but very disappointed with the food especially for spending $15 definitely wasn't worth it!

Terrible place. Go to other taco bells. I paid 8 dollars for a very small chalupa and they didn't even fill my gordita with cheese. Other stores pack your expensive Taco with ingredients to the brim. This place DOES NOT. Was told they wouldn't even fill mine up and that it was pre portioned. This is my 4$ Gordita............

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the burritos and tacos are completely full and delicious and other times it’s more tortilla and filling then anything else. I ordered a regular chicken burrito and was completely disappointed when I got home. My first bite entirely consisted of tortilla with one chunk of chicken in sight. Considering this burrito is close to $4.00 I would think I would get some chicken or atleast rice. Very disappointed.
