Taco Bell

This place is horrible. The manager is eating food and watching the employee's, not once did she try to help. Orders are taking forever. We're watching other customers asking if there orders are done. There was a order that had extra tacos and then we saw the manager go in back and eat them. Then when we get our food, they don't have lids. They're covered with tin foil! It was ridiculous.

I ordered a taco salad. There was very little lettuce in it.

There is a lady that is there in the mornings that helped me out with choosing my breakfast. I wanted to try the Breakfast Crunchwrap but I was a little iffy on the eggs and she said that I can do light eggs. I also was ordering a freeze and then she offered meal to make the freeze a little cheaper for me. There's another lady that is a little older that works towards the evening that always puts a smile on my face.

This is the closest location so I try to keep give them a chance. Not the friendliest people, and seem agitated to be working. They always forget something from my order, every time. I usually go through the drive thru and end up going back around. This time I went in. I ordered from the kiosk, which is very convenient. Yet they still managed to forget something. Thankfully I checked before leaving. At this point I'm willing to drive out of my way to get better service.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place literally has the worst staff that does not know how to follow directions, treats customers horrible, and was literally out of everything. They need better management that knows how to do proper inventory and better staff that knows common decency and respect. Keep driving on Colfax, theres another one down the road.

Food was out promptly and the workers were very polite and attentive. Will definitely be visiting this one again.

I went through drive thru was not acknowledged when i spoke through the speaker. I had to keep saying hello to grab the order takers attention. Got my order. My power steak burrito had the most watery sauce and grossed me out. I usually like this location because of their fast friendly service but this time I was not pleased.

They always mess up your order or not give you all your order. Then look at you as if it's your fault they forgot to give everything if you call them on it.

Fast and convenient. The customer service is always friendly. If I'm looking to grab a bite this is the spot!

Waited exactly 34 minutes for an online order I confirmed not even thirty seconds after ordering. Was ignored when I asked for my drink and my food was so sloppily put together. I cannot even believe I’m paying the money I did for this food. And of course there is no way to cancel your order online, so you have to hope one of the terrible employees there will listen to you since they didn’t even want to make me my food or give me my drink in the meantime. It’s not busy, there is no excuse. Not a single one for such impotence and laziness.

Taco Bell aighht if you getting a grilled stuff steak burrito extra cheese and steak no tomatoes please thank you come again.

The food we did receive was good but they didn't put two items in our bag. Unfortunately this was a drive-through pickup and we didn't notice until we got to the hospital.
