I went to the Taco bell on 22 E Chicago Ave I ordered 2 chulupa boxes. Nd 3 tacos nd swap for steak its literally 4 lit pieces of steak on here I call bac the guy answered the phone said hold on the manager hung up on me I kept calling she pick up nd just hang the phone up so unprofessional could someone please give me corporate number

Had a good experience today with the cashier - she hooked me up with 2 free taco coupons for donating to their charity and I actually found their black bean bowl option without cheese or meat to be pretty healthy!

7:05am on a Thursday morning and still not open. Supposed to open at 7am. In (basically) downtown Chicago, you need to open on time.

the service was good and the staff was lively and friendly. working long hours late in the night with drunk people is stressful but the staff here doesnt let it effect their attitude. ive been there a few times and havnt had any issues with my orders. the restaurant layout is pretty unusual and unorthodox so it doesnt feel as cozy as the usual TB, but they're working with what they have and i'm happy to have another TB location downtown.

This Taco Bell has great service! A woman named Jessie served me, she was so nice and made sure my order came out exactly right. I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but she is such a nice lady and clearly cares about doing her job as well as she can. The other staff was great too! I came in right before close but I still got good service. Great experience
