Shift manager and store manager were awesome. One of the staff with super long hair very helpful and quickly got my order together for me. There was some commotion due to the computer's being down but those 3 handled it like professionals.

I like getting tacos but too many occasions the tacos were soft soggy and had to take it back and complain I don't like taking food back there, they hated me but I kind of like it done right the first time and not just handed me anything just so they can get to the next customer.

When they first open Taco Bells here in Tidewater they actually used to fry their own hamburger and now it's all commercial bag nowhere near the flavor that it used to be not like going to a good Mexican restaurant. The only good thing about it it's quick

I felt so sorry for the cashier she was new and she didn't have anybody to train her I don't know who the lady was that was training her but she was doing a good job

No fire sauce. Beefy 5 layer burrito was good though.

Nothing like a good crunch wrap supreme

2.75☆ The floor was sticky and dirty. The exterior really needs attention. Focus inside was on drive-thru. 4 people waiting in lobby, 1 person working counter, taking and filling 1 order at a time. 2 cook's, 3 working drive-thru and 1 on break. On the bright side, the Chicken and waffle sandwich and Chicken Quesoritto were hot, fresh and tasty. Yes, even in the midst of the filth I still ate the food. I have eaten KFC chicken that has fallen in the Desert Sands of Saudi Arabia and meat on a stick from a cart on the streets of Korea. What can I say, I was hungry and YOLO

went in with my nephew and wife and decided to get food from two different menus. It was nice to have a selection available because I wasn't feeling tacos and my wife wasn't feeling chicken.
