Chaos everytime I come in this place always short staffed and takes for ever for service and food. Even here a half hour now and still haven't got my food.

I get that I went in to eat during lunch rush but there was food on and under most of the tables. It was pretty gross.

The quality of food preparation and cleanliness of this location has declined in the last year or so.

I go there almost everyday. Really good

Although the service was not all that great (the only person behind the counter to take orders, did not say she would be with us in a moment. So we stood at the counter, confused. We weren't sure if she was going to take our order or if we needed to order on the touch screen? Eventually a male took our order. Food came out. Everything was good. Very clean. Only thing they should work on is investing in some shades for the windows. I wore my sunglasses as we ate our lunches because the sun was in my face. Other than that, that's my only complaint. 4 stars.

The restaurant is dirty!!! Manager overwhelmed, understaffed, food is well prepared. Just very slow service due to poor staffing. I know, I worked there. They don't even alllot vbrwak times. SNDH!!! I thought it was a labor law to give scheduled break's after a certain amount of hours.

Got our tacos and they were completely soaked.. Wrapper drenched and the whole thing falling apart. Can barely hold onto it.There's quality, and then there's whatever this is.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Raddlesnake fries were not the freshest. Newly remodeled.

East side green bay off main street now slaps $#!+ together with zero regard for quality or quantity

I’m surprised this location hasn’t been closed yet management is absolutely awful and there usually isn’t anyone there in the morning on top of that their workers can barely handle orders that are more than one item please close your doors permanently

Very happy with my service. I'm on a no salt diet, cause I can't have salt. They made my food without salt, and it was AWESOME.

Went to Taco Bell with my mom for my meal break from work. My mom ordered the power bowl with chicken with a potato griller on the side. The power bowl was suppose to come with black beans but they put refried beans instead and when my mom asked, they told her they ran out of black beans.... something probably should have been said when our order was taken or at least before being given our food.

Its fast food.
