This place is the worst!!! Everytime I come no one acknowledges me, you say something to the 15 year old manager and she doesn't know how to respond professionally. This place should be closed. DO NOT EAT HERE

This location might be good on other days, but I went on a Sunday evening around 6pm and the cars were wrapped around the drive thru so I go inside instead.After placing my order and standing in a group of maybe 4 or 5 other people waiting for orders, 15 minutes later I decide to check to see if my order is even being made only to find out that my order and food inside had been sitting on the counter cold while other customers have been ravaging through it to see if it belonged to them. Apparently during the hustle and bustle, someone just threw the bag on the counter with the hopes that someone would claim it. Long story short, I requested a refund and left politely. In my observation, the staff did not seem to be properly stationed or prepared. Lots of confusion and standing around looking for ways to be helpful. They were trying, but not quite hard enough. Okay I understand the standards for a fast food place aren’t going to be that high, but EVERY time I go to this Taco Bell, something gets messed up. The lady taking our order apparently charged my boyfriend for a supreme instead of the fries like he said he wanted. The food is always cold, the customer service sucks, and my 5 layer burrito was JUST A PILE OF SOGGY MEAT with nothing else on it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme (vegetarian) and there was beef inside the wrap. There were no cars behind me at the drive-thru nor was the lobby full so there is no legitimate excuse for this type of negligence.

Well, I spent 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I ordered a three taco supreme meal. They shooed me on. I got through the window and I got a bag with three soft tacos in it. When I said that's not what I wanted I was informed that I wasn't thorough enough. That was rude. I asked for a refund. They close the window and just stood there. Then I ask for the manager when I saw her. Unfortunately, her reaction was no better than the team members. you need to learn to tell your customers you're sorry and to not be rude to them in the first place. Now you've joined Wendy's on Western and being a place I just will not go to.

Excellent Taco Bell location. Very cool staff that are overqualified based on their customer service skills. They are also generous with the shredded cheese on tacos. This is based on several visits. Thanks guys!

Asked for the $5 gordita box they inform me theyre out of stock so i try to order another meal that wasnt a gordita and the lady has an attitude and says "what do you think is in a gordita box?" So what are yall just out of tacos all together? Wont be revisiting this taco bell.

Listen. It's a Taco Bell, you don't expect much. Entire place was dirty, we had trouble finding a cleanish booth. Sauces were depleted. Food was served with an attitude, and literally half our food was missing from the order. Side of sour cream had Buffalo sauce all over it. But then again, it's a Taco Bell. The food was well, as expected.

My husband and I usually go to this location every Tuesday for dinner before we go to movies. After long time staying home, we decided to have some taco bell, ordered, $13.51, paid, we got food and drinks, since we had nice car with us and windy too, so we drove home, we were so excited, but the food we got in the bag were totally wrong, my husband has tried to call the store, phone rang can't even leave message, we leave far and we were hungry.We are very disappointed.

My wife and I have called this "the good Taco Bell" for about 15 years now. It's usually retained staff pretty well and food is usually good. We now share it with our Taco-Bell-Demanding-4 yo daughter.

This location is surely 4 star quality on the average of my past 5 visits. In the past at this location, I have had negative service experiences, both in my interactions with staff and the availability of listed products. While there are still occasional product shortages, the service quality has risen tremendously. New management, or something, has really boosted this spot back to where it was for many years. Rock on.

During the pandemic, I was happy to find Taco Bell serving via their drive through. This used to be a favorite location but no more. Orders placed through their app get lost, and when I drove through to try and place a replacement order you see all their staff with masks hanging around their necks, not practicing any kind of social distancing or even basic food hygiene. Management has really been lax here before, and now I won’t be returning.

Why?

Because it's worth the wait when you need your Taco Bell fix and you order 1 of everything modified using the phone app. ???
