Understaffed but still doing their best to serve everyone that comes in the door. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes from when I walked in to when I got my food and there were more than a dozen people in front of me. Great service!

I greatly enjoy getting food from Taco Bell. Taco Bell is a very affordable restaurant to order food from. I usually will order from the menu, the soft tacos, the chicken quesadilla, a medium drink, than I will order something sweet. I do plan to continue being a customer to the Taco Bells that are in the Williamsburg area.

Good food, super slow service. Took 30 minutes to get a fried chicken. They should not make the person who does your order and take your money get the food order together

Ok, being fair they are slow.... but it’s not all bad. The food is fine; it was hot, prepared correctly, and all ingredients appeared fresh. The kitchen does look like a mess, I’m looking at it now. The employees were nice. The women’s restroom is in typical fast food bathroom condition. Hopefully they can improve on some of their issues and continue to build on their good qualities.
