Poor manager organization not all of them know the policy they are using. I made a door dash order and I had an issue with 3 items. I called the manager that night and explained the issue and that it was a door dash order she said they would take care of it well another manager refused to honor the promise because it was a door dash order I don't care about it getting fixed at this point just get the managers on the same page
