Great food. Small dining area but very nice. A 13 year old boy was running the dining area and take out. How did I know that he was 13?He told me. He was a good kid but has not been trained on how to wait tables. I had to get up and get my own stuff. He also said he was paid $10 per day for 8 hours. Can 13 year olds work in a restaurant in PA?
