I tried the pastrami on rye with russian and slaw. I was delicious. Cathy, Mary, and Daniel were very friendly. The atmosphere and prices were just right and their selection of Kosher meats to go is great. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try their soups and middle eastern dishes.

DarnTheir closed today and I wanted one of their outstanding roast beefs. They are sooooo good!!You can't say anything negative about this place and it's home like atmosphere. You get disappointed when their closed however true commitment to their product must not be rushed.Again Outstanding!!!

Syb's is a restaurant we found, by word of mouth conveniently off Muhlenburg's campus. The owners make you feel like you were invited to their home for breakfast. The food is great and the service is excellent. Whenever I'm visiting Allentown I make an effort to go there.

Sybs is a gem of a restaurant in West Allentown. Situated in the neighborhood around Muhlenberg, it's a very small eat in area with only a few tables, but does have a few very attentive servers. The food is incredibly affordable and very delicious. Highly recommended for a quaint breakfast any day of the week.

My favorite breakfast place in town. The food is always very good and consistent. The staff is the best! I come to Syb's at least 3-4 times a week.I recommend this place hands down.

Seems like a local favorite spot. Wonderful pastrami sandwiches and soups. My wife didn't care for her quiche, however they did take it off the bill. I believe we we may have been the only customers who weren't regulars. I highly recommend and I'm definitely going back. It is one of those places that a lot of people are going to miss if it ever closes.

This place is absolutely wonderful! It has a cozy and kind of old-fashioned atmosphere. The food is fantastic! I like the challah french toast and the split pea soup!

I could not believe it! Good pastrami in the middle of nowhere. And when I asked Kathy about the mustard, it was only spicy brown (not the yellow stuff). My better half had the sliced lox on a bagel with cream cheese. Good real deli food, I recommend. Also there is no Sybil; the "Syb" is short for Sybaritis which is Latin for the luxurious life. Love learning stuff.
