Swiss Chalet

Wow, wow, wow! What great and speedy service. This is our go to Swiss Chalet location in London. Where the other locations have let us down, this location has been the most consistent with their service and speed. The quarter chicken is always hot and ready. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The service is okay. They always seem to be understaffed. HOWEVER... the food quality is awesome. Never had a bad meal (10+) from this location.

After 28 years of watching this place come together... my only suggestion would be to try adding more menu items every now and then. Your original menu great and keeps the greats coming back - but you'll need a menu item that binds the original menu with today's palate. Find a way to make the new comers understand the greatness within the menu you've produced all these years. I will of course continue to dine at this restaurant, but food is no limit so let's not stop here.

Probably my favourite Swiss Chalet in the city, mainly because the decor is fairly up-to-date (especially compared to the Wonderland Norrh location) and a large portion of the seats are booths. It also seems much less busy during the week than the Wonderland North or Masonville location (probably because of the layout and size).

Good food, fast and friendly service. The poutine I ordered with my back ribs was excellent. The ribs were awesome.

I called ahead for a pick up and it was hot, fresh and ready when I got there. Everything was really good. Been to this location before and always been satisfied with the quality.

The customer service is lovely. Didn't like the baked potatoes tho my friends couldn't get enough. The chicken, ribs and fries were excellent.... I'll remember not to add strawberry topping on my sundae next time, was way too sweet

Granted on my last visit it was incredibly busy, but the server seemed to be an unwarranted level of socially awkward unpleasantness and the service was pretty slow. The food quality was fine. Edit: Upon reflection spurred by the owner's comment below, I realized that I need to edit and note that I have been to this location on at least two other occasions and to the best of my memory the food and service was fine. Certainly well enough that I was willing to return more than once.

I've been going to Swiss chalet since I was a kid and I always seem to forget how average the food is. Always good service though. And you can't beat that chalet sauce. The complimentary lemon soup at the end is so-so.

Went here with my family had a great experience, food was okay but our waiter I believe his name was Andy, sort of young with braces and glasses and hair slipped back was very nice. My family and I had nothing but positive service, and even as we left he ran literally sprinted to give somebody their purse that they had left. He was very patient and super duper friendly and welcoming.

Our Easter dinner was ruined with no contact whatsoever from the restaurant. I am an essential worker and my groceries aren’t being delivered until tomorrow so I promised my son we would have a nice Swiss chalet dinner at home. I ordered our food at 6:18pm. It was estimated to be here at 7:10pm. By 8pm I was on hold with customer service for about 30 minutes, as I was trying to contact the restaurant as well. No answer. Finally got through to customer service who tried calling the restaurant as well. Again, no answer. Then, they closed at 8:30pm. No explanation, no contact, no email, no phone call, nothing. They just didn’t show up. Now it’s 8:42pm, I work in the morning, it’s past my sons bedtime, and we’ve yet to eat. Thanks Swiss Chalet. Best Easter yet *cue eyeroll*

My Mom & I ordered the special, 2 can din - chicken dinner , also 2 salad & 2 pieces of pie. We got no Fry's &1salad . We called up I believe it was the manager, he said because we ordered salad we get no Fry's, I said we only got 1salad, He said now your complaining about no Fry's & only 1salad. He was not willing to work with us at all. This is the worst experience I ever had . I will never order or recommend.

If I could go lower I would. Tried placing an order through your companies app to use two giftcards I have up. An error occured and used my giftcards, but they were unable to see it and advised me to call head office. Surprise head office is closed and its the long weekend. Not willing to help at all will never order from this company again.
