There are 3 cars in Drive- Thru. I waited for like 10 minutes today, I don’t regret because I need the food to be hot . Trust me it’s worth a while waiting. The Promotion going with Family pack is really awesome. Thank you

Best Swiss Chalet!!!We had my son's baptism dinner at this Swiss Chalet location and we were extremely pleased with the service and received many compliments from guests about the friendliness of the owner and staff. Nice chain of local food. Poutine was excellent and came out piping hot with gravy and many melted cheese curds.

This location in Newmarket (Davis and Leslie)is horrible. Ordered take out and they didn't even process my order. Stood in line for thirty minutes as others behind me in line received their food. Barely got an apology. They didn't even care.

Tried the Chicken Pot Pie. Very good. The pastry was excellent. Their Fries are always great.Love the sauce! Nice friendly staff.Nothing to complain about. And that's unusual...

HAD A BREAKAWAY FROM THE HOSPITAL. THE WAITRESSES WERE KIND AND ATTENTIVE. THE MEAL WAS AMAZING. RESTAURANT WAS SPOTLESS....

I was there a week ago and the waitress may have had an off day, but we all have those. Today I went back and had the 1/3 rack of ribs with fries and everything was excellent! They even brought a finger-bowl, something I've not seen in some time. I'll be going back!

One waitress, very large dining room, many, many sections, diners spread to all four corners. Waited 20 min for pop and water. NOT the waitresses fault, management.

I had several issues at this location: - Long wait time to be seated. - Service was overall slow. Waitress took what it felt like forever to bring our food items and bill. She did not seem to care to be there.- Flies were going after our food. - Food tasted different than the norm. Spinach dip was more liquid (maybe leftover or reheated too much)

I Grow up on swiss chalet and have to have my Swiss fix as least one a week.
