Food is awesome wait staff is good

Disclaimer: I understand that this isn't fine dining.Service:First off, the hostess did not greet us, not even with a simple, "hello". This location wasn't too busy for a Sunday evening so getting a booth wasn't a problem. The waitress was delightful and peachy. Was quick with the cheque and very polite. Food: In my opinion the food came out way too fast, like it's been sitting under a heater for the like 30 minutes. Nothing was cold but that doesn't mean it was good. I had the recent addition to the menu, the crunchy ½ chicken, and personally I prefer it over the original but next time I'd want to try it fresh.

The service and food is incredible, this occasion me and my group of friends came to dine in, our server Maria did a great job, our food was beyond amazing, we did not wait for our food. Thanks Maria!!

It's your typical swiss chalet, and its consistently good food every time. The fries and club wrap cannot be beat. I only wish they allowed you to customize more when ordering online (i.e no carrots in the vegetable medley, more veggies in the club wrap).

Honestly i put 3 stars because the way it ended wasnt really professionnal...we had the same waitress the whole time but when we payed are bill its another waitress that came and took the money with a quick goodbye we wanted to say thanks to OUR waitress but i guess thats not what they do here...anyways we had a gd experience the food was great and price was very decent for the plate of ribs we had truely was worth it. Thanks to kaitlyn our waitress she did an amazing job and she had a trainee on a saturday night which is rough. Im just letting u guys know im not here to bash no one. Thanks again ill be back soon :)

I love there chicken spring rolls.

Ordered over the phone after online wasn't working and this is what was delivered. I took out our dog and saw the delivery guy knocking on a completly different unit assuming it was for someone else. By the time I came back he was in the lobby. When he finally came to our door, I told him that I saw him knocking on a different unit in which he called me a liar. My wife was at home. I called customer service to get another order and a refund and the rep agreed but the store manager refused my refund. My mother works for Cara operatoins and out of the 25 years she has been there I have never seen or recieved this type of garbage service. Avoid this substandard location. Will never order from this location again.

I went there a while ago with my father for takeout, as it was our first time and the lady at the cashier was extremely patient with us. I have to say though when we both ate at home, the meat of the chicken plain. Flavorless. I was expecting it to be good, but I have to say I could buy a cheaper meal at a frozen section of a grocery store and it would taste better. The bread on the side was the only good thing on my plastic tray. Judging on the reviews of this place, either people have very different palates or the people working at different shifts are completely different. Overall, service is decent. Food is not, the place is somewhat decent condition. Overall 3 stars. Not the worst place I ate at, but definitely not the best.
