Swiss Chalet

Very good service but I was disappointed with the meal. The food came out way too quickly, ribs were quite gristly and could have been much hotter. Did not compare well to the food quality at other locations. If the food quality matched the service quality it would have been a much better experience

Unprofessional customer service. She make me waiting for long time standing behind the countertop. She saw me when i entered. I called her twice. She just walked to the kitchen and start laughing.

It's the same menu and Swiss Chalet food is good, but restaurant ambience was just plain sad. Decorated like something from the 70's. If that counted for first impressions, this place would get a 0. Place was dead, no music, nothing appealing from that standpoint. And....I enjoy Swiss Chalet, but won't return to this location.

Shared good food with friends here Easter weekend. Jennifer super friendly and knows menu and how to treat a customer. She made the food here a super wonderful experience, and took a photo too! So happy to have gone here with friends while this server was on staff. The spacious and welcoming decor were also a treat, just like a swiss villa! And the food was enjoyed by all!

It was ok ...great customer service but what you get for the price was not worth it

Went to this location to try it instead of the one at SEC. The service was curt, and my chicken came out cold and overcooked, while my friends fish came burned a shade of brown reserved for coffee, not for fish. I sent mine back while my friend actually ate his. I will stick to another location next time. The one thing I have come to expect from well cooked simple chicken. Sadly this is not the location for that.

Service is good, food is solid. Too bad they went for food court decor instead of the traditional Swiss Chalet sit-down.

Ordered pick-up, spinach chicken salad.....that's about all it has in it. Couple of roasted pepper slices which I can't eat and wasn't in the description; 4 orange slices; I think I saw 2 mushroom slices; lots of crispy stick things; a boatload of spinach and the chicken breast. And the sweet onion dressing in the description? Oh they "think" they no longer carry that, got raspberry vinagrette instead. All for $16!!? Never again.Last time I ordered a full meal and was given the wrong bun, no gravy as ordered, no extra horseradish as ordered and no bbq sauce for the ribs. Food was pretty good but doublecheck your orders and ask questions!!

For those of us who doesn’t know, if you have AMA membership card you might get free appetizer or dessert at Swiss Chalet restaurant.From what I know for each two entrees you’ll get free appetizer or dessert.
