This location gets 5 stars from me from multiple visits. Staff is always friendly and patient (while I ponder what I want) and quick. All ingredients have been super fresh and delicious. Bonus that everything really is healthy (vs other salad places where if you make bad choices, you might as well have a burger). Would be great if they had indoor seating.

I honestly do not know what it is about this place but I ordered the same salad probably three days a week last week it was 9.99, because they forgot to charge for the chicken the next day I went in and it was 12.59, then today I went in and it was 15.50?!?? I’m literally getting the exact same thing every time all I do is add chicken but they seem to switch the price around every time I’m in and I hate saying something because I feel like I’m being “that person” but come on, 9.99-15.50 is a five dollar up charge but I don’t seem to understand where they get their calculations.

My wife and I live local to this location and lately this location is always out of key ingredients. Tonight we came in and they were out, of all things, kale and chicken? In the past few months we have not been able to order a single salad as described due to an ingredient missing. Their always appears to be enough staff to cover demand, but food seems to always be ‘not ready.’ Not a big deal until you realize these salads are ~$15 a piece and no discounts are ever offered to compensate for food shortages. We love the quality of ingredients but this location really struggles to meet demand. I would suggest visiting another in the city or pursuing another local food option more honestly priced and readily available.
