Expect to wait a good 15-20min after the time you’re initially given of when it’s supposed to be ready.

Food is as good as it’s supposed to be. But I would expect to pickup my mobile order from the shelves not being told to pickup at the chekout counter. The manager of this location should know sometimes people want a grab and go just to avoid communicating with the RUDE AND UNTRAINED employees.

Found a worm in my food. I’ve had great experiences at other sweetgreens but it just so turns out this spot is the worse. Harvest bowl wasn’t as good as other spots. Just never coming here again. Let’s just hope I don’t get sick. Cause that’s when the real sh*t will hit the fan.

I absolutely love this Sweet Green!!! Miracle, Kyla, and Jerome are awesome! I had a salad dilemma and they were super helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my salad was great!! Thank you guys!

Extremely rude staff gossiping the entire time cursing and not knowing how to make certain salads. Young guy arguing with boss. Didn’t ask me if I wanted bread and at the end I asked for a slice and the girl threw it into my container and said she hates her job. Never coming to this location again.

I just left one of the best Sweetgreen experiences!The store on 61st + Lex is now my new favorite location!The wonderful associates that helped me was Lillie and Christie! They made me feel welcome and didn’t rush me through. They also were so accommodating of my changes to the salad. I felt so taken care of that I even asked to speak with the manager about the outstanding service these two women provided me with.I know it gets busy and stressful and these two ladies went above and beyond to provide me with a GREAT experience! Thanks for making my day ladies, YOU ROCK!

I purchased $25 gift card for my co-worker. The card balance was 0 when she tried to use it. Ofcourse it was embarassing. I don’t have a receipt and they giving me huge problems with getting the money back. Customer service sucks. And the salads are overpriced.

Disappointed. The Harvest bowl poster showed and said seared chicken thighs but got boiled cubed skinless chicken breasts instead in featured Harvest salad. Need more serving staff, very slow service. Salad not mixed adequately. No toilets, which is an NYC negative. Clean and tasty salads. I'm a regular to SG here and in California but this store was below grade.

The food is good but the service is very subpar. By far, the most disappointing fast casual place I’ve been to. The staff is extremely rude. We go here about once a week and it’s always bad service. The only positive is that the food actually tastes good. I expect better service from a Sweetgreen

SG salads and juices on 137 E 61st Street are very fresh and delicious. Clarissa is a great manager.
