Good, quality froyo. Flavor selection is always diverse enough that everyone will like something. Plenty of options for toppings. Place is clean and employees are pleasant. Has promotions from time to time - more in the summer, of course, but always one free yogurt with 10 visits.

Love love sweet frog, but this location in Ashburn,Va does not have nuts or wet nuts. If you guys had nuts I would have given you 5 stars

My daughters adore sweetFrog. They will go there everyday if I took them!! They simply love their fryo. The stuff is very friendly, especially a Korean lady who works there. I get a let of promotional offers on my cell if you sign up work them. Also, on Wednesdays, a cup only costs $4 flat. You gotta like that!!!

I like the variety here at this yogurt location. They have waffle cones too. Small trick for the waffle cones, if their bottoms are not closed off enough pour some peanuts into the bottom and put caramel on top of that to cover the bottom half an inch. That should close it off enough so no yogurt drips through the bottom of the cone. The shop itself is well maintained and clean. The one gripe is it seems they change their rewards program too much. Every year its a different program which is not a good way to build loyalty to the rewards program or the establishment.

10 dollars for a 3/4 full “small†cup of frozen yogurt is not exactly reasonable. I’m assuming the scale was off when my order was measured. I implore the management to either offer coupons of some sort or review the metrics and accuracy of their scale! Thank you for looking into this issue, as I’ve visited this location several times and never paid more than 7 dollars for the same quantity of frozen yogurt.

What a place! This was wonderful. I tried the flavor machine not working. It was excellent! Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Lots of health signs about what was available. The employee was only slightly uninterested in frozen yogurt but still very polite. Would I come back? Yes I would.

Kids loved the froyo lady at the counter could have been more welcoming and once a while could smile at patrons. Only reason it's not a 5 star
