The cook and delivery driver are so nice. They are the best in service around. Great subs... Real jumbo shrimp in the meal. Looks like we will be trying alot on this menu...

The employees are nice, but the food always comes out very slowly. I often pick up orders from this place for GrubHub or ubereats, and I always know to shut everything down in my car and be ready to wait awhile every time. That rule has never failed me here! And by the way I do have years of experience as a pizza cook, I know how it works. If you get busy, that's fine but this has happened every time I come here, and all different nights of the week, there's really no excuse for that. You've been looking for a pizza cook for 6 months or more? That's odd, because I've been picking up from you guys for quite some time now, it's always the same situation. I was nice enough to give you three stars dude, you don't need to be publicly giving me an attitude because I said your service is slow.

The driver was nice. They were fast, but the pizza was just really disappointing. Not like uneatable or anything just kinda meh.

A terrible experience overall... Ordered the $12.99 16” special and when I got there the worker told me the price was different than what was advertised on their website. I tried to get them to honor the price and they refused. After getting the pizza home the crust was doughy and there was inedible skin on the pepperoni. Needless to say I will not be retuning and would not recommend it to anyone.

I've had a couple beers and this is still some of the worst food I've ordered. The fries are so soggy, they must be trying to make them like that. There's not a lot of places in GR that offer poutine, but this is 100% not the place to get it. Seems like the gravy is the kind you get in a jar and the cheese curds might actually just be mozzarella sticks cut into chunks. The real saving grace here was their hotdogs. Those were really great. Little weird that a pizzeria is that good at making hot dogs but they were bomb. Can't complain there.

Excellent customer service, served quickly, and food tasted great. I would recommend.

I am a big fan of their pizza. It's that traditional stuff that's a little bit thick and their sauce is awesome. The cheesy bread sticks and salads aren't bad either and I have yet to try their poutine but it's on my list. Would definitely recommend!

Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews, but rather read Swanky’s responses because they’re hilarious. The place is awesome. I got chicken wings and waffles and they were genuinely some of the best wings and waffles I’ve had in a long time. I’m from New York, we know good pizza places. This is a great pizza place and the overall vibe of it is dope. Check it out (especially the chicken wings and waffles). Also, the service was really good too. Ham was super friendly and helpful, and he came out to ask how the food was.

GREAT Pizza, but it went out of business. It's permanently closed.

First off they only get one star because i can't NOT choose a lower option!!!I!!!Ouricken was delivered looking like a box of pork rinds. The fish was fried in the bottom of the oil and had the oil droppings all over it. We ordered fried traditional chicken wings and they were way over cooked, no breading and they were not wings but wing dings. Prices are too high for the food. Manager Frank was completely rude and said they have no refund policy when I asked and told me I should just order from somewhere else if I wanted what I thought I was ordering. He told me to eat or or not we were not getting anything and argued that there website described their food right. The description on the menu was nothing like what we received. Disgusting and we never ate the food, 8 pm and my children had to wait another 45 minutes to eat while I'm out $25 dollars on food that is now going in the trash untouched!!!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Order was lossed and after ordering in person we were not told they ran out of what we ordered. Somehow ended up paying for fried mushrooms In advance given onion rings as substitute. Price difference not reimbursed. The sub philly roast beef had some lame cheese wiz or something instead of cheese and was terrible. One star way too generous

Ok. That about sums it up. Its decent pizza and decent ambiance. Ok place to go for dinner from time to time.

This is the best pizza in Grand Rapids! Super cheesy, buttery crusts, and this place offers great rewards for loyal customers. They also serve delicious poutine. Swanky's pizza is a must.

I'd love to give a review of their food, but I ordered on Door Dash and after 40 minutes my order was cancelled with no explanation given. 🤷

Cheese bread was the only redeeming quality of my order. Fried pickles might be good if they were actually battered with real batter. I got the spicy cubano. In my honest opinion, this would be great if it was a bigger heavier sandwich. I about expected a box for what I saw on the menu. Tasty yes, but not really worth the premium price. As for the Chicken Club with bacon... Well..... Obvious fried chicken....lacking bacon... Just an overall bad experience.
