Sushi Zammai Otaru

Shimotori Shopping Street is the first time that I did not read the label that the restaurant is delicious and not expensive. I left the shop to see the label again. I'm so glad to hear that.

Hospitality wasn't as good as expected, not rude but i just don't feel that welcome attitude. Food also not as good as the tokyo tsukiji branch. A bit surprise cause hokkaido produce a lot of seafood but they have less in this otaru branch. I d not know if it because i came at very late evening or not. Price wise i believe also more expensive compare to tsukiji brand.

A sushi restaurant near the Otaru Canal.This is a restaurant that combines the best of sushi restaurants with revolving sushi.There is a parking lot and the seats are large, so it is comfortable.In addition to the set menu, you can also order as you like.There is also a single dish, so it is recommended not only during the day but also at night.

Sushi Zammai debut is Otaru shop, I went into thought cool something. It was common. The last remaining impression, there is a high price in spite of taste.I'd would look to Me severity to the corresponding of the split and the staff, but did not feel as bad as other reviews, COSPA looks honest bad. This only recently that rotation sushi quality is up, or would not be granted in this price is felt to be high in this taste.

Mr. Itamae said that tuna and so on were via Tokyo, so we ordered fish that were landed in Otaru without ordering tuna.There were many types of sushi in Tokyo that were not available at that time, so I enjoyed it.The day before, I went to Yoshidori, so I couldn't match the goodness of the material, but I felt that it wasn't bad for the conveyor belt sushi.I don't know now because it was a few years ago.

Good sushi. Fresh produce. Chef had character. Good service. Definately go back.

Sushi was ok but nothing to write home about. Had much better quality just down the road and at much lower cost.That said the fried puffer fish was delicious and the otoro was very tasty.Clearly the owner has some weird thing about tourists as there are signs all over the place with things like (taking photos is illegal and banned) (don't wait inside waiting area, instead wait outside in the cold (it was -17 when we were there and Japanese people were happily waiting inside))

Fresh, large pieces of sushi and delicious miso soup! Good service as well! We will be going back for more!

A little bit expensive, but worth all your money, the fishes are fresh and delicious!

Good sushi, nice and fresh. Sushi craftsmanship is closer to that of sushi train than high end sushi restaurants. Staff was nice, all males working so some people might find them a bit more rude but I suppose that’s just males in general not showing much affection. Overall experience was good.

Bit chainy, but not bad, though if you're looking for a unique sushi experience this isn't the place. Good for a quick bite of local flavors.
