Sushi Suite

This was one of the best Omakase Sushi meals we have ever had. From the setting, to the service, the staff, the sushi chef to the quality of the food. There was nothing that was not way above and beyond every other restaurant experience we have had. At one point one of my companions (70 ears old), who has eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world, looked at us and said that bite was life altering. I could not have said it better myself. This is not an inexpensive outing but it is worth every penny.

There is NOTHING like Sushi by Boū at Suite 1001. Every bite is an explosion of joy. Chef Ryan is so talented, not to mention fun — he made it such a memorable experience. PUT THIS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST. You won’t regret it.

One of my favorite places to have sushi and spend the night with friends. This place has delicious food and the drinks are awesome. They create an elegant and awesome experience to spend time with anyone you bring with you. The place is so enjoyable, you can order something first then some drinks then more sushi and spend the night in an awesome looking place. Each time i go spend more than $100 and i dont even mind.

Amazing - check in at the lobby they give you a room key - once inside they have a small inside & outdoor lounge (super cool) - the service was amazing & the Omakse (only 4 seats) was incredible

came here to celebrate a birthday and it was a great experience. There are four seats and we booked all four. the chef was excellent and the sushi was fresh. Standouts include a Scallop + Uni sushi as well as Eel which was cooked in broth. Very filling meal, but just had to try the "Big Mac" which included Toro, Scallop, Uni, Wagyu, Caviar (if I remember correctly)

So good. So worth! Atmosphere, food service....they were all amazing. We had such an amazing hour here. The chef and chef-in-training were knowledgeable and friendly. Best night ever.

This was hands down one of the delicious Omakase meal I haven't had in a while in NYC. The beautifully presented dishes captivated me, each one bursting with delicate flavors. Despite the absence of alcohol, the freshness of the fish shone through. With only four chairs per reservation, it's an intimate escape from the city buzz. Whether with a date or parents, it's sure to impress. Yes, I'd go back.

Amazing 17 course meal with El Chapo. Had a great time and also loved the drinks! Very good value for a very reasonable price.

Been to a lot of omakase and did not enjoy this one. A lot of exotic fish that were not tasty. Wanted to like it but the experience felt odd.

They say they close at 11PM but would not serve our brown skin after 10:25PM.

I had a solid experience. Food was good and the time flied. Wished I came a bit earlier to enjoy the view outside. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
