Excellent sushi, very fresh. Authentic Japanese food. Great ambiance and nice looking restaurant. Staff was helpful and professional.

In weekday I just random go in without booking ! Very friendly staff ! Try the tasting menu , even the portion is small but very tasty like Asia standard ! The Omakase sushi will give u surprise also

First omakase in NYC. Had a great time especially it was late Friday night and it was not crazily priced. Extremely good valued, can't wait to try all the other omakase restaurants before ranking them！ Shi sensei, todemo arigatou！

Let me level set: I'm a native and would ordinarily never come to restaurant row. This place is the real deal. Had the omakaze (chef's choice) meal and was blown away. I've been to Japan four times and had sushi this good, but not better. Absolutely delicious. Pricey, though about on par for sushi in Manhattan or Tokyo. I've paid more (in Kyoto) for sushi that was not as good (see my other reviews).I also discovered here that Brooklyn sorachi ace, probably any farmhouse, is the perfect accompaniment to sushi. Forget the sake.

Futon Ali is my favorite here. Enjoy the texture and flavor.

Really lovely place! We sat at the sushi bar and were greeted by the friendly sushi chefs. The serving staff was very attentive, polite, and efficient, the food selection was straightforward but still had enough diversity for seasoned sushi-lovers, and the food was delicious! It's a bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for! We loved every bite and would definitely return!

Great sushi and sashimi. Kanpachi jalepeno was outstanding. Try the Ringo cocktail if it's cold out

Great service and amazing sushi. I like the different varieties of sushi in this location. The food is freesh and delicious. I recommend this place to all. I found out about this restaurant from Teddy's Guide and my concierge recommended it as well so I needed to try their menu and I am very happy that I did.

My girlfriend and I had quite the experience here. We decided to go for the omakase menu and sat in front of our chef throughout the night. Fresh fish with very original combinations! Make it a special night and spend that extra $$$ and it will be worth it :)

I had the best tuna in my life. It's melting in you mouth. I was sitting on the bar and I think that's the best place in the restaurant. Great service and atmosphere. I want to thank Teddy's guide for recommending me this restaurant. I won't hesitate to return at all.
