Sushi Okawa Japanese Restaurant

The sushi was good and the person that took my orders was super friendly.

I would love to rate higher but unfortunately service was very slow. The staff was very nice, but we waited a long time to order and to receive our order. They knew we were waiting, but they were very busy. Perhaps they were shorthanded (wait staff and kitchen). They also served us the wrong noodle dish, but we didn't want to say anything because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get it. We also ordered extra gyoza but never got them. They were on the bill and we had to get it updated.Overall the food was good. It was fresh and plated nicely. The pricing is also fair. I and the group of people who went enjoyed the food but not the experience. We went on Friday night so if you want avoid the wait and possible mistakes, I recommend going at another time.

Sushi was ok, but the toro was soo good.

Outstanding Japanese and sushi restaurant in the Bloom Plaza at Blossom Hill and Snell Avenue. Very tasty Sushi, soups, gyoza, and salads. Excellent Sushi chefs that are fun to watch if you are sitting at the counter. Very friendly staff with good service. Plenty of free parking out front.

The friendliest services and the freshest food with amazing quality! Not to mention fair pricing for their sushi! What more can I say?

Awesome Customer service! Great mom n pop place very clean place inside plenty of seating area , great food I had the lunchbox and Udon noodles very satisfied and full, Large portion ,more than I expected for the lunchbox barely fit the udon in the end lol . They also have a bar seating area by the sushi chef if your into it you can see the chef working his magic 😊 Ull b close to door so you can get that fresh breeze on a hot day as well. I been coming to this place evry Saturday for 7 years. I absolutely love this place. Customer service is amazing and the prices are not too bad. Good food fast service and very friendly.

Very fresh sushi, friendly staff. I'm a neighborhood local and would have given 5 stars by prior experience but the last few times I've been here the experience wasn't up to the standard set by prior visits.

If you're looking for an intimate sushi experience, Sam (the owner) will take care of you. He always has fresh sashimi, great rolls and there's always something new. Owned and operated by the same family for years, you know this place is the real deal.
