The food was great!!!! Service was alright. We had a big party and it didn't seem like she could handle the volume.

Nabe is a real sushi chef with experience and a charm about him. This place is the best sushi in town. I love going there every time. Prices are fair. Food is amazing.

Really good sushi, we taste a delicious miso soup and shitake mushrooms (deep fried) ðŸ±ðŸ£ðŸ™ðŸ¥ðŸ±

Nabe brought sushi to this town and has kept his creative juices flowing for close to 25 years if not more. It's not the most convenient for me anymore, but l still make the effort to check on my old friend. He had the vision to make sushi engaging and fit the local pallet, but can do the traditional standards I prefer with consummate style. Fresh featured fish rotates by season. Great with kids, his warm personality and colorful illustrations of his creations all over the restaurant provide great distractions. Free parking on Sunday and he's the only place in town open before 4.

Nabe and staff are most likely the best in the tri-state area. Seriously, great service and great quality!

Loved the atmosphere and location. I ordered the rolls that were half off and they didn't taste very good to me. My waiter was friendly but he disappeared after he brought my order and I ended up having to walk in to get my check. He apologized profusely. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful and I'm assuming she was the owner.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely amazing! Definitely my new favorite Japanese restaurant and the best sushi I've ever had!

Sadly, had a bad experience here... I waited for 40 minutes to be seated and while waiting, a couple that had not been there for 10 minutes was seated before us because the owner/manager told the host to do so. After being seated, I looked around and at least 4 tables were empty. Not only did they created an artificial wait to be seated, they decided to seat the couple that had barely sat down and was of their race to be given a table before the other three couples there.

The sushi boat is a great deal for date night! Delicious sushi too. They do add wasabi to some rolls.

Very overrated, over priced, and very slow. The portions were tiny. Food wasn’t even that great

Likely the best in Chattanooga..except for Two Ten Jack..way too stingy with sashimi. Quality is good..prices too high. Love the owner though, so we still go there
