Sushi Hunter Izakaya

It has to be said that they are a traditional sushi restaurant with fresh fish. My mother ordered a bowl of ramen. The pork Ramen tastes the same as what I had when I was traveling in Japan. The service staff is very friendly. By the way, her smile is very sweet. We enjoyed the meal, although we were just passing tourists. But we still want to say very good!

Went here for lunch on a Tuesday. The decor was good, the restaurant was clean, service was fast (we were one of two tables), and the staff was friendly. However, the food was average. We had the sashimi bento box and the chicken ramen. The bento box was a little above average; the miso soup appears the same as any other place, california roll was fresh, pot sticker was decent, and the sashimi quality was average. The chicken ramen was a little bland; it didn't have the strong flavor we're used to. Perhaps our preferences differ than the area's preference.

What a find! Great sushi, great atmosphere, and super service. Hard to believe it's in a strip mall, but worth going out of your way for a meal.

I like this spot! They provide awesome meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that place is well trained, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I often go to this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Beat sushi I've had in the Newberg area. Highly suggest the scorpion roll.

UPDATE: While the sushi is still amazing and remains one of the only local places to get ramen, the management really needs to add more staff. It isn't uncommon to see a long wait and take-out orders taking forever. Simply because they only have one sushi chef during peak hours. Again, the food is great, but it's in their best interest to add another sushi chef so that they keep up with demand.What a great place to get sushi! My wife and I shared gyoza, assorted sashimi, a California roll, and ramen. The gyoza was fresh, hot, and not too greasy. Sushi was great, though the California roll only used imitation crab. The ramen was... AMAZING! I've been waiting ages for a good local place to get ramen. We will definitely be back!

This place was delicious. I really loved everything that I tried. I really loved the miso soup. The service was great. Very clean. Cant wait to go back.

Food was okay, the wait was quite long. Not the best value for the money you pay.
