I dine in this place quite a bit! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The food is great, the crew is professional and the cost is reasonable. I like meeting in this spot for a rich dinner.

Excellent sushi! stopped in eith family. I ordered Monkey Ball (made without rice) which were very large (in diameter) pieces. Maybe 1.5 times bigger than normal sushi. We all enjoyed our fare and shared one or two pieces of each other's. Again very tasty and enjoyable.We were able to sit immediately and we were promptly served.

We had a great experience at this spot. We liked the great ambience and the menu. The staff members were super amiable. I am content we ultimately decided to visit here.

Have been here several times. Recommend. Busy on weekends. Service can be slow at times, but well worth the wait!

What I’m looking for in a neighborhood sushi restaurant. Good fish, mellow and nice price point for the combinations. Also, great place to watch the Dodger games in a relaxed setting.

Can't find a better sushi place in santa monica. This place has good sushi with a variety of options. Also if you can make it to happy you're looking at 30% off. Definitely try sushi hanashi!

The yakisoba is great.

At the moment you come to that restaurant the waiters give you a great feeling. Very congenial team, it is a lovely restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. tasty cooking, professional chef, decent pay and generous service. Highly recommended.

Really good sushi for the price, which-admitedly- was not super cheap. But you get what you pay for. Really fast excellent service too. I only wish the "happy hour" special would have been clear to not be on Sunday. When I looked closer at the sign it was indeed there- "Monday-Saturday" but it's in really small print. Oh well. If it would have been Sunday too I'd have ordered more food though, because quality of service and food was pretty excellent. Just slightly dissapointed that I couldn't have had more. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area an want some fast good food. But get in during happy hour (I think it was 3-5) for a really good deal.

I love this place a lot. It has a very nice feeling. The meals are great. the service is dynamic and the waiters are polite. The pay is honest. I highly recommend.

Thee quality of food is very high here (I ate in many Japanese restaurants). The place looks basic from the outside but the food was good and the staff (Gyun) was very friendly.
