the staff is good, they cook deliciously and the choice is large and the prices are also affordable, but it is advisable to update the inventory and make cosmetic repairs, at least in the restroom.

I came here and put my order in they told me it should take about 20min I went in after the 20min they had not even started it and we’re just standing around and than laughed about it and told me it would be another 15min.. it should not take 40min to get a plate out.

I got a very upset stomach from eating here, I had four plates the last one didn't taste fresh.

Used to love this place, until I took my family to dinner on a weekday afternoon. My 4 year old son started shouting "BUG, MOM BUG!" There was a live cockroach on the table running around the edge of a bowl of food. The waitress (only white person working there ever) deducted the price of just the single bowl of food, and point blank told me the entire bldg. had been fighting the roaches for a couple years now, and that the asian staff pretend they don't know what people are talking about when it gets discovered and panic ensues. In my opinion, it is a very serious infestation for the roach to come out in daylight in a high traffic area. It was hardly startled when I tried to cover it with one of the sushi plate lids. Why hasn't someone reported them to the health dept.?

Lovely place. Quick service if it isn't too busy, and a bit on the slow side if its packed which should be forgiven since it appears they may be understaffed. However this shouldn't be an issue if you're just getting a drink and whatever is on the belt. We're regulars here so I might be a bit bias, but I highly recommend this place!

Decent conveyor-belt style sushi spot. It's always stocked with a good variety of plates. Vibe and presentation are ok. No real complaints, they're are just better spots.

My husband and I have been coming here since October and it’s always a great experience. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and it tastes good. Our favorite sushi place in Vancouver.

Best authentic sushi in Vancouver!

There was maybe 10 plates on the conveyor belt and when I asked for chicken katsu they were out. The waitress seemed frazzled and had another gal bring out my husband's calamari, she asked if it was ours we said yes and then she walked off without giving us the calamari. The sushi we did try wasn't bad, just wish there had been a better selection.

Ordered just 2 rolls and had to wait over an hour before I just cancled my order. Noticed other people ordered after me and still got their food before me. Sushi here is probably wack any way.

My boyfriend and I both got food poisening and had a histamine reaction to eating bad sushi here. This has never happened to either of us at other restaurants before. We will never return.

Cheap sushi but I prefer Sushi Hana for a few things. The fish tastes a little fresher here, but it's sliced so thin you can hardly taste it. They serve predominantly rolls on the conveyor belt, whereas Sushi Hana serves a mix of nigiri and rolls. There are few selections with fish eggs, and Sushi Factory serves cold unagi, whereas Sushi Hana serves warm. The best thing here, though, is that the staff doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. The sushi chefs take your requests and orders and acknowledge you. At Sushi Hana, you get glared at or not even acknowledged. Another plus: the calamari is the best here. It's better than even a sit-down restaurant. They over sauce here, too.

Food was great they were on top of filling our drinks and this would be a five star review had I not seen a cockroach on the wall on the way to the bathroom
