Sushi Dokoro Kumagai

I went to Kakunodate-cho, Semboku City for work and visited for lunch.A full-scale sushi restaurant.The menu includes handgrips, leaflets and scrolls, and there is a menu for each handgrip at the counter.It's lunch, so I ordered a handful of rice balls. I'm not good at relatively high-class items such as sushi shrimp and sea urchin salmon roe, and it's a good menu for me who don't have a good wallet (ï¿£ â–½ ï¿£;).The miso soup of striped horse mackerel was carried along with the sushi. It was a chilly day, so I was grateful for the warm miso soup.The sushi has a well-balanced size for both the ingredients and the rice, giving you a good texture. He seems to hold the rice in a rather soft manner, and advises that it is easier to eat it by hand! I could feel the collapse in my mouth (^^)I don't have the chance to go to Kakunodate-machi during the middle of the night, so I appreciate the sushi restaurant that is open for lunch (# ^. ^ #).

I went by chance as the other shops were closed late at night. There were a lot of items sold out because the entry time was too late, but the general and the clerk were both kind and delicious (^ ^)

It is a shop that always stops when you go to the corner. Good news, very delicious.
