Great sushi and a really friendly staff. We love this place!

Love it!! My better half and I come here for sushi regularly. The food is great and the service is amazing, this is our go-to for sushi and we're never disappointed. Highly recommend!

Service was good, sushi was ok and had room temperature flavor, but I prefer fish a little cold. We ordered AYCE and the second round of nigiri had double portion of rice. Spicy yellowtail handroll was good.

The service was good and fast and the food was quite good. The quality of the fish was great, if on the north side of town, this is a great option for sushi.

Nice "mom and pop" type sushi bar, gets very busy during weekends around 5-8, but the wait is not long. Highly suggested: Crazy tuna roll & Lovers roll

Always good sushi here. Casual atmosphere, friendly service. Don't think we ever had to wait for a table. They mark gluten free options on the menu and have gluten free soy sauce available.

There isn't a lot of great sushi in Tucson. Sushi Cortaro is an exception. Superb food; gorgeous presentation; kind, attentive staff. Prices are surprisingly better than some lower quality alternatives. You won't be disappointed.
