Sushi Blues

The food is always delicious. Lots of patio dining. Indoors is cozy with a nice vibe.

A good variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sushi options. The sushi was pretty good and the service and prices were reasonable. The biggest negative was the soba noodles were swimming in oil and absolutely bland. Don’t order those... and stick to the sushi.

This was such a great meal. I LOVED the Yellow Submarine. Our server, Thomas H., was a great guy. Very personable, informative, and helpful. On top of all of this, the way you engage with your patrons here in these reviews was why I chose to visit in the first place. It shows the depth in which you care about your restaurant experience.I'll not only be back, but I'll recommend Sushi Blues Cafe to any and everyone.

There is no better sushi place in my eyes. The rolls are all incredibly delicious, with fun themed names. It always tastes super fresh and you can see the preparation bar where it's made. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have a decent beer selection, a full bar, and good cocktails. The other menu items are great, but not what I go there for. The sushi is where it's at, and you can't beat the price. Always buy one get one FREE sushi rolls.

Good sushi at a good price when it’s BOGO. The taste wasn’t anything that blew me away. The service was sub par even when they aren’t busy. Hard to get a waiter when sitting outside.

Sushi Blues is really good sushi. However, when I am with my friends and they put everything on one check and leave it up to me and my friends to figure out how much we each owe is VERY annoying. They do not split check nor do they help figure out what each person owes.. very irritating

I've been a long time patrón of sushi blues over the last eight or so years. It is probably the best place in Raleigh for sushi. The sushi isn't "traditional" or "the freshest" but it is delicious and they have some interesting and innovative sushi combinations. Also you can't go wrong with BOGO! Plus I love the decor and feel of the place. Definitely check it out.

The location of this restaurant is charming, they have a patio with fans and lots of shade, the staff is amiable, and their menu has a lot of options. Also, they have a buy one get one every day, which is one of the reasons I gave it a try. The sushi was good, nothing I haven't had before, prices are reasonable, and they have a pleasant atmosphere.

My favorite place to get sushi, especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian! Awesome menu. Love the atmosphere and people. My only thing is I wish they didn’t use so much palsy i and styrofoam packaging.
