Sushi Bears

First off, I purchased a Groupon for $39 for this sushi making class for two. I read some of the negative reviews and I can agree with some of the points that were made. I'm not sure if they paid the regular price ($99) but that would be the only way I can understand why they were so upset with the quality. I'm going to judge my experience based on the fact that I spent $39. My boyfriend and I had a great time. We learned how to roll regular sushi and roll inside out sushi rolls. The ingredients we were given were cream cheese, avocado, carrots, scallions, cilantro, cucumbers, imitation crab meat and smoked salmon. I didn't quite understand why scallions and cilantro were given because I've honestly never seen that in sushi before. This was also a BYOB event too (huge plus)
