Customer service is WACK. The tables were dirty. There was literally ONE person working and the wait time was 20+ minutes. He rolled his eyes, he caught an attitude, he showed how irritated he was through his actions and attitude. First time and the last time, if I want some JJs Iâ€™m taking a trip to Chicago.

Large orders all order are cokkedto order .. The chicken that was sold to me just Wednesday had a half slice of bread and the chicken was salty to the point we found not eat it.. I said lemon pepper on the 1/2 chicken and mild sauce on the 4 wings the chicken taste like fish y'all don't clean the grease and yes I ran a restaurant before .. I tired of you restaurant owners thinking you can give us customer anything you like. If you change your practice and be honest and stop selling us overcooked dry food I ask not to be fried hard again the chicken was cooked to a crisp. Shame on y'all and you not the original JJ FISH. I am from chicago and I never complain about their food NEVER. Also I talk to y'all about overcharge for a menu item doordash have on their catfish tails you all don't carry but on the mesh it does.. The real JJ sales catfish tail I was charge and never got my money back. I do review to exposed people like yall
