I'm a regular at sunrise! Its fantistic, the food is the best and they have the friendliest staff, they know their customers well and I love going in places and they remember me and what my order is. I reccomend this place to anyone who wants to try the best jerk chicken in Newmarket

Honestly the most authentic, delicious Jamaican food you’ll find! The food is always fresh. My husband and I have been going to this Sunrise location monthly for the past year and it doesn’t compare to any of the others. I will always go out of my way to go to the Newmarket location. On top of the food the service is amazing. You’re always welcomed with a warm welcome, smiles, island music and genuinely wonderful service. I will always go out of my way to go to this location. It never disappoints!

The Sunrise Restaurant on Leslie street in Newmarket is one of the best Caribbean restaurants I've been to. They are very friendly and the food is excellent. I took my daughter and her cousins there for lunch and they loved the food. My daughter especially loves the barbecue chicken. We live in Bradford and we went back today August 1st specifically to get food for my daughter. I wish it was closer. Excellent place to bring the family for lunch, dinner etc..👍
