Worst company ever!!, approximately a year after working with this company, I decided that it was just not working for me, so I decided to cancel even though I didn’t had a contract with them anymore, so I did, after that I got hit with a 1200. Dollars !, so I called the company to ask why, they told me I had five tablets from them!! Wich it was totally a lie!! I never got that! I explained that to the person on the phone, but he told me that is what it was showing in he’s computer and that’s what it was!, he told me to return the equipment!! Equipment that they never sent!! I was so frustrated!, I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charges, worst company ever!!

As a business owner beware of their shady business practices. They auto-renew for a year at a time and make it impossible to opt out even when your contract is over. The customer service is non existent, I haven't heard from my sales rep in half a year since I got it. Ironic that their services are for customer loyalty but they're terrible towards their own customers. 0/5 stars would not recommend.

Not worth it. The pitch sounded great, and they told us our business would be cross-promoted across tablets at other Fivestars businesses. After we signed up, they told us our business category did not qualify to be promoted. This was pretty much the only reason we even signed up in the first place, as our POS already has a built-in rewards program. Shady, terrible customer service experiences with their reps. They auto-renew and make it hard to cancel service. On top of that, they make you ship tablets back at your own cost instead of picking them up, or they charge you $300 per unit. AVOID AS A BUSINESS OWNER!
