The last time we went here everything was fantastic. We were hesitant to come back because we ordered takeout from them when they first ordered and everything went horrible wrong and ended up having to wait almost 2 hours for our food. But we sat down and everything was so tasty. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees and everyone enjoyed everything. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back

The hot and sour soup ($12) was basically just spicy water with some strips of undercooked carrot. The lava fish (about $20) was ordinary: swai fillet, almost tasteless on its own as you would expect, just the spices give it flavour. The scallion pancakes were ordinary: dough fried in grease as you would expect. The grandmother’s pork belly noodles with green peppers were pretty good. Ordinary shrimp fried rice. The restaurant leans toward the authentic side, which is a plus for me. The spicy food is quite spicy, again a plus for me, others may disagree. Large tables, wide walkway down the middle of the restaurant, so not cramped. Ordinary service, neither fast nor slow. Not too noisy at a Sunday lunchtime, plenty of seating.

Lots of delicious spicy food! Grandmother's pork and noodles was one of my favorites. The pork buns were delicious. And hard to find pea-tendrils in garlic rounded it out. Our bartender Erin was excellent too, giving good recommendations and keeping us in fine beverages.
