Sultana Cafe And Hookah Bar

I am a regular at Sultana hookah. I‘m always greeted warmly and given service quickly. I have frequented a handful of Indianapolis hookah cafes over the years. Specifically, the service from Jase, is A++. He is always warm, friendly, and attentive. He gives me suggestions on hookah, food, and drink that he thinks I might enjoy. I have been to hookah cafes where it takes 5-10 minutes before I‘m even greeted. Jase’s stellar service keeps me coming back and has contributed to Sultana Hookah becoming the only hookah cafe I go to at this point. Thank you Jase and the whole Sultana staff for creating a fun and comfortable space I can come to whenever I want to just relax!

Went for an early dinner and hookah. Our waitress was super nice and the food was great. Some guy in a Pacers fit kept checking on every table but ours....weird but whatever. Chill spot to hang out

Halley went above and beyond during my visit. Trust her hookah and drink recommendations-she knows what she’s doing! Loved the atmosphere, loved the service!

Super helpful staff and reasonable prices. They have different events some evenings so the place can get pretty packed but the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.

As someone who had not smoked hookah before, this experience was all new to me! I really enjoyed the way this place functioned-they gave us 3 hookahs for our group and only checked in every so often! It was a great balance of making sure everything was going well, but also giving us some privacy. There are lots of flavors (I really enjoyed the pink lemonade and sex on the beach, sweet and tasteful). The atmosphere is whatever you make it; the lights are low and chill or lively! Would recommend.

Their shisha selection was pretty amazing for the relatively low cost. The Kaif shisha had such a good flavor, their bathroom was pretty pristine actually, and the service was 10/10. My friends and I will definitely be stopping by again.

Excellent food, reasonable prices. Hookahs are well maintained and place is clean, well decorated, and lively. Overall a fun experience without having to venture to Broad Ripple to enjoy a hookah.

I decided to grab a few of my closest friends to celebrate my 21st birthday and I have no regrets! My group was all over the place at times but Ryan took great care of us. He was a rock star, and made our night that much more special. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!

Hookah flavors are good and it's very economical, however, customer service is a let down. They take too much time to cater..if they can improve it, it will be a great place for sure

Favorite place to hangout with friends after a hard week! Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Service is wonderful, food is amazing, and all the people who work there are super nice! Highly reccomend checking this place out if you have nothing to do on a Friday night.

Loved the hookah bar ambience. Food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options for the hookah. You can ask them to mix flavors up too if you want. The only thing keeping it from five stars is service. Our server(s) were nice but service was extremely slow. At one point there were no staff around in the place for almost 10 minutes and everyone was confused.
