Awesome place for dinner or lunch. Price is cheap, place is quiet, portion is huge, service is lightning quick, food is delicious,and short walk from Tokyo Station. What else do you need? If you want to know what local working people eat, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Great little Japanese diner. Breakfast special is super cheap, service is super fast, food is decent diner quality. English menu doesn't have the Japanese breakfast special, so if you want it (try the raw egg with rice thing, it's good, be open-minded), then you need to point at the picture on the Japanese menu. If you just can't do raw egg and don't speak a little Japanese, you can point at the soft boiled egg picture (I saw this done), or say "onsen tamago" when pointing at the special. Everyone visiting Japan knows what an onsen is, and tamago is egg, so it makes sense and is easy to remember.
