I went to Apita on a typhoon heavy rainy day. The parking lot on the 3rd floor was full, so we could go to the 4th floor roof and parked just beside the entrance inside the store with rattles. I get frustrated and wait a bit in the rain than parking on the third floor waiting for the vacancy, but the rooftop is convenient.
