We had 9 people in our party. We was greeted right away. Tje server took our drink order. It seem to take a while to get. We ordered appetizer. They came in a timely manner. We ordered lunch. All the food look good. The ranch dressing was real thin. The only thing is the server didn't clear empty glass or used plates....it wasn't busy we got there at 2PM

This is still a super good mall despite many malls around Cincinnati closing up shops. Tri-county still has a little bit for everyone.

Run down and semi-abandoned. Needs revitalized. At least Chipotle close by.

Rapidly declining mall (good 50% empty) but still maintained and a nice place to walk. Very busy/high-traffic location so it's a shame the retail model has fallen out of favor. Not sure this one can be saved.

I honestly came here for nostalgia’s sake more than anything. Thankfully the mall is still kept in pretty good condition, although their stores aren’t what they used to be. It’s surprising since the nearby strip malls seem to be doing just fine despite being a total eyesore to the community. It’s a shame those stores can’t just move into the mall, as it had ample space for new vendors. There are still some mall favorites operating, like Cinnabon, auntie Anne’s, and a cookie shop. It’s definitely worth checking out, just for the architecture and vintage design. Also a good place for walks, or if you want to let your kids run around a mall without fear of them getting lost in a crowd.

How depressing almost all the stores are gone and more are leaving what are they gonna do with this big old place then. It's a big beautiful mall. What a shame 😫

Not a very good Macy's as far as brands go. Backstage (section in the lower level) has some great clothes. The store is on the downward slide. Nice employees

I still like the mall, but I really miss Dillard's.

Guess they took it out of the mall. Not here anymore

I tell u what I get hold of the owner of the mall that uncalled for

Yes. Santa Claus is visiting Tri-County Mall between now and December 15, Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Saturday 11am-8pm Sunday 12pm-6pm. Then from December 16-23: Daily 11am-8pm. And December 24: 9am-4pm. Then he has to go. Because, hes got deliveries to make after 4pm on December 24th. Honestly, I dont know how he does it. But, elves, and flying reindeer, and Mrs. Clause, I'm sure, are a huge advantage.
