This place is amazing and the girls that work there are always welcoming and helpful. I go in all the time and they make you feel like you live in a small town when you really live in a big city! Oh and they are the only ones that have Swiss cheese!!!!!!

Staff waited until we was at the register already had ordered 3 footlong subs to tell us they was not accepting cash only debit. Because they didn't have change. Poor management and wack employees. Do better

No stars are required for this review. 20 mins in line for a sub. 1 person working in the store. This place sucks so bad. Never gets better. No need to complain nothing ever changes.

Came in to get a sub and woman forgets to put pepperoni on my b.m.t. So I had to tell her. Employees weren’t friendly and gave me the wrong cookies and I drove all the way back for them to give me gooey cookies that weren’t even done and are too hot. Would not recommend and I’m never coming back here.

Last time coming here since management changed it up and became stingy on their veggies and paying ridiculous cost for a sandwich! Its franchise-owned so it's not required to apply this change.

Customer beware. This was a HORRIBLE experience. My online order was ready between 25 and 30 minutes AFTER it was promised and had to be made in front of me while I waited. ONE employee was working. Aside from the lack of timely service, I was able to choose an avocado add-on option during online ordering. There was NO indication that this store didn't have avocado as an option. This is a $1.50 add-on option. I completely understand that ingredients might vary between stores but when asked for a refund for the avocado, the store manager replied that refunds aren't given. Ridiculous!I made an attempt to call the manager and got hung up on. I have made around 15 attempts to call back and my calls haven't been answered. No voicemail exists.

Very slow. Overcharged. What bugged me is the one lady up front was filled up the drink cooler keep screaming across the restaurant for the other girl to come out and help me. She did that probably 3-4x before the other girl finally came out. She should've either walked back there and got the girl or helped me herself. I was only on a 15 min break and I spent all of it waiting to be helped it seemed. Customer service could use a lot of help here. Food is good though.

Dont go here ordered a new wrap girl didnt know how to make it what sauce went on it she had to smell which one did one of the ladys was really nice but the two girls who served me had no idea what they were doing worst experience ever
