Love yall...always fresh...I was the only 1 there..and there were like 4 bread-krummy tables..lol..still liked my exp. tho..plus the lil cashier-chic was kinda kute...

Employees are nice, they give you your privacy when you eat bcs they are keeping place clean. Sub is a little skimpy but fresh.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed one of the employees wiping down the prep table and around the food and wiped down the knives as well with the sanitation rags.... i used to work at plenty fast food places and those rags are used for anything.... I then asked her to please change or wash the knives because I saw her wiping down everything with the same rag and she then proceeded to tell me that was the only knives in the building and continued to look at me with a dumbfounded look. I told her do not worry about it and did not eat... she said nothing... if I could rate 0 stars I would

*********************************************Been there once, I might not visit again unless I don't have an option which seems rarely possible. To start with, place didn't look that clean. Only 1 employee working there and when I visited there were 4-5 customers with separate orders so that might get hectic sometimes, management needs to invest in an extra employee at least during lunch/dinner times when it might get busy at times.The breads were okay 3/5.The location is easily accessible and if everything is looked out for and managed well this place can get good business.Location open hours are good which is a good sign. *********************************************

Food good, drink expired 5 months ago

Workers were not very friendly and store was kinda dirty

Ingredients are not fresh at all. I tasted the sandwich and I did not like that the sandwich did not taste fresh. I asked for a refund and the lady told me they don’t do refunds. So I took the sandwich, chips, cookie and drink and left it at the cash drawer. The lady said “I can make you another sandwich!” Why would I want another sandwich if the first one did not taste fresh? And they wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s ok, that’s $10 bucks gone to remind me never come back to this place.

Ordered online for pick up. Email said order would be ready on 20 mins, that's fine. But when I got to the location, at the directed time, my sandwiches hadn't even started being made. Asked the manager for some free cookies to make up for it and she said no. Also handled food, computer screen, back to food, and then payment using the same gloves (customer before me).

4 stars for the food the service was ok but the personalities were on the dry side and they were cheap with the napkins and do not like to have to ask for a bathroom key...it seemed to be an alright neighborhood.

I find today that my visit was good. The gentleman that made my sandwich was very nice. He forgot a view things but I figured he was new and I understand. The manager was good as well. Greeted all customers when they came in. In the past it was bad that's why I stop coming here.

I just came to try the new steak sub and the first thing I'm told is they're out of steak smh. This location should be shut down. They never have all the damn ingredients! Who cares though right based on the demographic...
