I love visiting this Subways but, was disappointed when i asked for the bbq rib foot long and they did not have any out or in the freezer. Managers please order product in a timely manner customers want what you're advertising.

I loved coming here since I moved here in 2015 loved hanging out with friends here but my recent visit on 12/30/17 was horrible, such rude employee, ther were 2 boys serving and super rude, making fun of customers , I told them That it’s to eat here and they were looking at each other , gave me without even serving bucket then once I asked for it they put my sandwich directly on top . I had to tell them to put a paper underneath and then they said that we don’t do it. Really!!!! I feel like new employees should be trained about customer service.

Best Subway in Holyoke! Beats going to the one off Beacon Street! They have Dryed up dead flys on there preparation counters!

Good sandwitches

Excellent Subway to visit for their service and their fireplace!!! Chairs make for a very comfortable seating arrangement and outdoor seating is also an option. A personal favorite is to sit by their active fireplace while we're having delicious nutrition.
