Love it because I can make it how I like it

This is the place to go to ruin your subway sandwiches. Servers look bored, distracted. Their behavior and lack of attention made me question their sobriety (they looked quite high). They make horrible sandwiches and the proportions of veggie and meat is lopsided at best. This location is fu**ed up. One star only bcos zero is just not an option

Popped in for a sandwich at 9:30 pm, 30 minutes before close. No one was at the counter, so i waited a minute or two then called out hello. Waited some more then shouted hello. On the third try, i yelled at the top of my lungs and then got a response a few seconds later by a disheveled employee who may have just been tired, but appeared baked out of his gourd. I tried to order rotisserie chicken, he said he was all out. Tried a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, again he was all oug. Oven roasted chicken breast? Out of course. I said nevermind and that i was going home. Unbelievably poor experience, do not come here anywhere near closing time

Standard Subway fare, but the staff refused to alter my order when I made a mistake while juggling three kids. I had to choose between an argument and the food I'd actually wanted to order.

Service is great and it's usually less crowdy thanmost other subways. Seating is available and a bathroom is also available

I've been here 4 times. The last two were because I didnt want to drive through traffic to the next closest subway. Awful service, employees look disinterested and only greeted me once out of my 4 visits here. I asked for white bread and he grabbed whole wheat, I get they sound a tiny bit similar and I could have asked for Italian but he repeatedly said that the wheat bread was white even after multiple asks. Same guy tried to toast my sandwich multiple times after telling him not toasted. Every visit ends up with a sandwich that is just a mess, bread is not cut, meat and veggies are thrown in at odd angles and inconsistent amounts, sauces are all over the place. Opening these and eating them is an adventure on its own without things falling out or getting a saucy mess everywhere. There are three other subways in Bothell that are 100 times better. I'll brave the traffic next time ecause I will never be coming here again.

Both employees were very friendly, she made an excellent sandwich for me. The restaurant has also been recently renovated! Looks great. Thanks!

To the Owner: I've observed it quite a few times that your employees have the sun hitting their faces during summer. Atleast during this summer, spend a little, have some kind of a shade to stop the sunlight or reduce it. Because they are great people and great service and that's the least they deserve.
