Subway

Worst subway I've ever been too. Fila, the guy in charge, is always rude. Service in general is bad. I have to ask "what?" multiple times when they ask me questions. It seems this subway is more expensive and they never accept any coupons or have daily deals. Completely awful. I present my coupon, he doesn't even look at me and says "we don't take those". I guess it's Filas world and we all just live in it.

Fila is TERRIBLE, extremely terrible customer service and is extremely rude.

The main counter guy is extremely rude. Since Subways always skimp on the meat, I usually order extra meat when I go to any Subway which is on the menu for an additional $2. At this particular Subway, the guy laughed at me when I ordered extra meat (which is on the menu) and looked at me like I was crazy. Another time I walked in 30 minutes before closing the same guy had already packed half of the vegetables away. The other employees are average but the main counter guy is a total jerk, far worse than any other Subway employee I have encountered. Its a shame that UW Bothell doesn't have many food options on campus so I often get stuck eating here when I didn't have time to make/pack a lunch from home. As far as food services go, the people on campus at the cafe's and food trucks are always very kind and give great service. Unfortunately this is not the case with the Subway on campus, and the counter guy should have been fired long ago.

Get rid of this subway, it's disgusting. Put any other food business on campus.

Busy all the time.. really the only healthy choice on campus. Good deals, okay service..

The food is okay. The guy at the counter is rude. I accidentally took one of the small cups they keep at the counter for the drinks to take water. The guy was grumpy and asked me 'What are you taking that for?' in front of the other students and asked me to keep it back before giving me another cup for water. I mixed up the cups and its fine that he gave a separate one for water but he could have told me nicely that I made a mistake and asked me to keep the cup back politely.

This subway knows that they don't have to put in any effort into their food just because they're located on a college campus and receive continual business despite how awful the food is. The bread on my sandwich was cracked and dry, at least over 2 days old. And they never honor any subway "deals" apparent in literally every other subway chain.

They are extremely normal

Screw the manager

More expensive than other subways by like a dollar, but cheaper and faster than other options on the UWB campus. I have never been to another subway that's remotely as fast as the people here to make your sandwich and and finish your transaction. Been going here for years, very consistent. Not the friendliest, and they skimp on onions but will give you more if you ask

Service there has been hit or miss. For the most part, most of the female employees were nice while the guys didn't really care.Even though its not the best place to go if you're visiting, it's probably one of your top options considering everything near by is expensive.

For the past 4 years I’ve been attending UWB, subway has been the cheapest healthiest option on campus compared to the food trucks. I always ask the employees to change their gloves when they’re making my food in case they might’ve touched pork which is something I can’t have. They understood my intentions and they eventually started doing that without me having to ask. They’ve always treated me with kindness and respect. Thank you!

They never accept any coupons; furthermore the quality of the food is the worst I've ever tasted.
