fresh bread and fresh ingredients cashier was nice as well but Subway sub I've had in a long time

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. They are so cheap with their toppings, when you ask for shredded cheese the owner salt bae's the cheese, with a pinch in his hand. I had to pay an extra dollar to get light cheese. I always get the Italian herbs and cheese bread, look at my photo. I hate coming here, this used to be a regular spot for me and the rest of the office I work at, but now we go to Jimmy Johns or Sundays which offer free delivery and aren't rationing ingredients like it's a national shortage. This location gives Subway a bad name. If you decide to ignore this review, keep an eye on the owner. He will skimp out on your toppings and all the employees will never wash their hands when handling cash and then going back to making sandwiches. Cheap and disgusting. I would love to see the owner try to explain this sorry excuse of a sandwich I attached to this review.

Melissa's customer service, along with the rare fact that the store was empty (due to the weather, probably) really made this a wonderful experience. This positive experience really shines. I'm glad that Melissa and her team are there to save this store's previously bad reputation.

Worst Experience Ever! I work in ybor and how they handle business is outright shameful. I was even told by an employee I shouldn't have ordered there before being hung up on. I even watched as the MANAGER cursed his employee out about remaking my sandwich. He told me not to come back because I got my sandwich remade that I paid for. GLADLY!! Thank God an officer was next in line before me. I could really tell he didn't want to give me my sandwich or a refund.

Worst subway EVER! Toppings are always old and nasty. The owner does not promote good customer service. He made my sandwich today and was very short and rude. He also has employees that do no speak one bit of English. This makes it difficult to communicate while making sandwiches. There is exposed wires with dust that hang above the food line. List goes on and on. Jimmy Johns is a better option. Do Not Go Here!!

The owner has... Some attitude. He has been rude to me for asking for extra lettuce (claiming that he is "not allowed to" due to restrictions from corporate). There are "no restrooms", despite having 25 indoor chairs for customers to eat in (which is illegal in this county). When I asked for the restroom the employee tried to send me to another neighboring resturaunt.Other than that, it is a Subway. It checks all of the boxes that you would normally get in a Subway. If you came in expecting anything else, you would be disappointed. My 1 star is only based on the above. Without those 2 points, it would be a 3-4 stars relative to other Subways.

The individuals who own the store are very rude. They would not accept my coupons as well as they have no deals for 4.99 foot longs. They give a 10% discount to students, so i decided on the vegie sub and they say they dont do discount on vegie subs. WHY NOT? then i asked to add chicken so i can get the discount and they said no its already made, i said you can wrap it and put it on the side. Still a no. They have NO customer service. Just drive to the one on adamo 3 minutes aways. Their service is amazing and your subs actually have vegies on it that look like the pictures advertised.

In my experience this has been one of the worst Subway locations I’ve ever been to! When you ask for a student discount they discount only one object which is usually the cheapest one on the order. They skimp out on the toppings and the meat only putting four slices of roast beef and if you get steak you can see him taking off steak from the top of the scoop . If you want to get good food, go anywhere but this place. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

The bread was old and paper thin and they gave me only ONE napkin. There's also no public restroom and they don't accept groupons at this location. Cheap management.

I don't understand why all the bad reviews. It's a fast good joint not a 5 star restaurant. It is exactly what should be expected. Employees have always been polite to me even with their limited English. My sandwich has always been correct. Is there dust on the light fixtures? Yes, the ceilings are about 20ft high.
